At The Beauty Specialist, I value your time as well as mine, and I want every appointment to feel stress-free and enjoyable.
✨ Deposits
A deposit is required for selected treatments such as facials, packages, and special bookings.
Your deposit will be applied to your treatment on the day of your appointment.
✨ Cancellations & Rescheduling
I kindly ask for at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule.
If 24 hours’ notice is given, your deposit can be transferred to another date.
If less than 24 hours’ notice is given, or in the case of a no-show, your deposit will be forfeited.
✨ General Appointments (without deposit)
For all other treatments where no deposit is required, I still ask for at least 24 hours’ notice as a courtesy, so I can offer your time slot to another client on my waitlist.
✨ Running Late
If you arrive late, I’ll do my best to provide your full treatment, but please understand this may not always be possible if I have another client booked directly after you.
